The leadership program is divided into two key areas of focus for the most customized content, please apply for only one:
1. Leadership (Designed for executives, senior leaders and those in high performing leadership positions for several years)
2. Career (Newly developed for those high performing young professional ready to be equipped with the insight and tools you need for your exciting professional journey)
Each program begins and ends with a pre and post leadership and cultural assessment. It is essential to take a pulse of your current landscape before identifying and implementing areas in need of improvement. Once you have a pulse of your performance, the action-planning begins.
