This four-part workshop series, facilitated by professionals from SCORE Broward, will take you through the foundation of creating a blueprint for running a sound business. Even if your business is already in existence, this training series will cover many essential business principles that are often overlooked in the initial business development phases. If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and work with the instructors, you’ll come away with a business model, a financial plan, a marketing plan and an estimation of the funding you will need to move forward.
