As a non-profit organization, how much time have you spent on developing and following your strategic plan? When done well, the strategic planning process can have extraordinary results. Unfortunately, this process is often bypassed because the task seems too long to develop or the individual just doesn’t know where to begin.

Join us for this full day workshop and take the mystery out of strategic planning. Participants will learn how to plan for and develop strategies that engage key stakeholders. In addition, attendees will be introduced to tools and techniques to help develop meaningful and useful plans.
