This in-person training is designed to educate participants about a connected leadership style and its application within their organizations and practice, particularly to leverage workplace differences.

Leadership competencies and practices within the workplace are more important than ever in today’s workforce. Connected leadership is an effective approach to maximizing differences within the workforce. Connected leaders acknowledge, accept, and leverage workplace differences while encouraging inclusivity to benefit the employees and the organization as a whole. This training session will focus on the traits and competencies associated with connected leadership. It will help participants explore emotional intelligence and an adaptive mindset from a leadership perspective. These approaches can be valuable in optimizing talent and collaboration as well as in transforming performance and results. This session will be presented in a pragmatic manner to yield practical knowledge and application for attendees and support the transfer of gained knowledge to practice.
