It has been said that "conflict is nature’s primary motivator for change. It’s the catalyst that forces a system to evolve.” Yet most people either avoid conflict or meet it with such force that even if they win the battle, they keep themselves and their organizations stuck in patterns that limit collaboration, innovation, and performance. Attend this interactive training and learn the nature of conflict and what it means to give up control in order to gain control. Participants will be introduced to a dynamic method of conflict resolution, which is the underlying philosophy and practice of the popular Japanese martial art, Aikido (which means the way of harmony).
