Staff serving children and families in Broward County responsible for Human Resources

Zoom

This training is part of the Lunchbox Series.

Outside expertise can be an effective way to add capacity without immediately adding staff, but the relationship works best when leaders are clear about the need, the qualifications required, and the expectations for the engagement. This focused Lunch & Learn uses HBL Resources’ existing Steps to Scale workforce-strategy content as the foundation, including contractor considerations, documentation, and professional vendor relationships. During the approximately 30-minute instructional segment, participants move from defining the need to basic vetting, scope, deliverables, and accountability considerations. The remaining scheduled time is reserved for Ask the HR Expert questions; when questions are limited, the instructional discussion may continue for up to the full hour.

This training will be held on Zoom. One week before the session, a link will be provided, and a second registration is required.

Participants will also receive a link to submit questions to the trainer in advance of the training.
