Providing effective supervision, inclusive of performance and quality improvement techniques, can strengthen staff development, empowerment, and success as well as programmatic outcomes. This training session is designed to assist HEAL Clinical Supervisors and Team Leaders with advancing their supervision and project administration competencies. Participants will examine supervision strategies relevant to and effective for HEAL Project staff. This includes staff development and empowerment tactics, as well as performance and quality improvement activities. This session will encompass useful project administration methods. Content will be presented in a pragmatic manner to yield practical learning and application, along with the transfer of gained knowledge to practice.
