This training is for you. Join us in person for this unique training and learn how self-love is the secret ingredient for skillfully handling the multiple demands and distractions of a busy life. Like a gentle mother, it eases negative self-talk and provides the self-compassion to try again when we fail. Self-love empowers us, fueling our confidence and leadership presence. It urges us to dream big, take risks, and innovate. Self-love provides the courage and focus to stay in the moment and, in so doing, to discover the finer versions of our Self.
