Human service programs are designed for specific populations within specific communities. These populations have unique characteristics and perceptions about human services. As such, programs require effective marketing and communication strategies to engage target populations and their communities. This includes client referral and engagement, as well as community partnerships and supporters. This training session will explore marketing techniques and media development for successful human service programming visibility and target audience engagement. It will also include practice applications for direct implementation within human service agencies and programs.
