Most people work on teams rather than isolation even when they own their own businesses. We carry many beliefs and behaviors with us into the workplace from our original team - our families. We may not have taught how to serve cooperatively, how to lead, and how to support leaders. This can create upsets, ruptures, and discomfort rather than fostering creativity, trust, and belonging. In this workshop, we will explore six aspects of effective teams so that the workplace becomes more inspiring, safe, and cooperative.

This training will be held on Zoom. A link will be provided one week before the training and a second registration will be required.
