Staff serving children and families in Broward County responsible for Human Resources

Zoom

This training is part of the Lunchbox Series.

Performance concerns are easier to address when leaders have a clear process and the confidence to use it. Adapted from HBL Resources’ How to Confidently Give Feedback and Conduct Performance Improvement Discussions curriculum, this focused Lunch & Learn introduces the distinction between day-to-day coaching and more formal performance conversations, the communication skills that support effective coaching, and the importance of appropriate documentation. The approximately 30-minute instructional segment emphasizes practical application rather than a full performance-management course. The remaining scheduled time is reserved for Ask the HR Expert questions; when questions are limited, the instructional discussion may continue for up to the full hour.

This training will be held on Zoom. One week before the session, a link will be provided, and a second registration is required.

Participants will also receive a link to submit questions to the trainer in advance of the training.
