Nonprofit organizations serving children and families in Broward County

Zoom

Mission Powered Nonprofit: AI Readiness & Strategic Implementation is a four-month virtual cohort designed to help nonprofit teams move from exploring AI to putting it into practice. Through interactive training, individualized coaching, group office hours, and hands-on application, participating organizations will work on a real organizational project and develop an AI Strategic Roadmap to guide implementation.

Participating organizations will receive:

- Eight 90-minute virtual training sessions
- Monthly Group Office Hours for additional support, peer learning, and Q&A
- Up to four hours of individualized implementation coaching per organization
- An AI Strategic Roadmap Workbook and AI toolkit

This is a hands-on program. Each organization should come prepared to identify a specific project or use case where it wants to begin applying AI.

Who Should Participate?

The program is designed for nonprofit organizations serving children and families in Broward County that are ready to explore or advance their use of AI.

Organizations should participate as a team of two to three people. No prior AI expertise is required, but active engagement with AI tools is expected.

Participating organizations should have:

- A paid AI platform subscription, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot
- Clean, accessible data relevant to the project or use case
- A specific project or use case they are interested in exploring with AI
- A team of 2-3 staff
