Power struggles are disruptive on teams, fostering a climate “out doing” rather than working together. Power struggles reduce both trust and creativity. In this interactive workshop, leaders will develop the skills to clearly identify, gracefully redirect, and adeptly prevent power struggles. Leaders will learn how to teach others on their team to do the same while enhancing cooperation and collegiality.This training will be on Zoom. A link will be given one week before the training and a second registration is required.
