This two-part training is for anyone who wants to navigate interpersonal communication with the confidence and skills for positive outcomes. Participants will learn the fundamentals of awareness that impact how communication is sent and received. Six tools and techniques will be taught to create more positive communication and reset aggressive conversations into opportunities for growth and change.

This online training will be held on Zoom. A link will be shared one week before the training and a second registration is required.
