CEO’s and or Executive Directors of non-profit agencies organizations in Broward County.
Children's Services Council of Broward County
This two-part training intensive will be held on August 29th and 30th and facilitated by executives from Small Business Development Center (SBDC) of Fort Lauderdale.

Nonprofits must regularly determine and adjust their strategies on multiple levels in order to plan for and achieve growth as well as remain sustainable. Developing and honing “strategic thinking” skills is imperative to avoid loss of traction. The importance of having a strategic focus is increasingly more vital in the current competitive funding environment. Organizations that can identify, communicate and execute strategically will have an advantage over those that cannot.

Participants will examine who they serve and what value they bring to the community or groups they serve, including their funders and supporters.
They will be challenged to look internally and externally at their environment, support structure, current mode of operation and weigh these factors against their mission and the work being done in support of achieving their current organizational goals.
