When a program or project is funded by a grant, there’s a clear expectation: you will do what you said you’d do. That means aligning your implementation with your original proposal, then demonstrating what you’ve accomplished through evaluation and marketing. This online training will guide participants through best practices for delivering on grant commitments—including aligning implementation with the application, collaborating effectively with the funder, tracking finances, collecting evidence of client impact, marketing the results, and expressing gratitude to the funder.

This is an online training. A Zoom link will be provided one week before the training date, and a second registration will be required.
