In this online training, participants are introduced to communication and interpersonal skills necessary in today’s changing workplace. Myths of effective communication will be discussed along with the power of listening, the art of giving negative feedback, and the skill of dealing with tense situations. Participants will understand why conflicts occur, obtain techniques for clarifying issues that are in conflict, establish strategies for resolving conflict, and know how to maintain open communication.

This training will be held on Zoom. A link will be provided one week before the training and a second registration will be required.
