Restorative justice demonstrates improved outcomes for both victims and offenders. This training will explain the Restorative Justice process and how to facilitate it.

Learning Objectives:
1. Understand the distinctions between a punitive and restorative process to addressing harm within the community.
2. Learn how to facilitate a restorative circle
3. Learn how to promote and support restorative justice within neighborhoods and institutions in your area.
