This in person training will introduce therapists, counselors, social workers, and psychologists to the Neurosequential Model. Often called a Bottom-Up approach to growth and healing from trauma, the Neurosequential Model builds regulation and mindfulness into therapy services. Participants will learn and incorporate regulation and mindfulness activities through hands-on activities throughout the workshop. This workshop is geared towards working with children, teens and adults dealing with trauma.

Objectives:
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
1. Define the Neurosequential Model
2. Name at least three ways the Neurosequential Model aids in healing from trauma
3. Identify at least three techniques to create regulation and mindfulness
4. Incorporate at least three aspects of the Neurosequential Model into services
