Diagnosing is an integral part of serving individuals, families and groups. Rather one is diagnosing a client or is working with a client that has been diagnosed, it is imperative to understand what the client is presenting with. Diagnosis guides treatment and services, and it informs the provider/clinician what may arise during and outside of sessions. Case Management and Care Coordination are also guided by a client's diagnosis. All levels of client services should be informed and have insight on a client's diagnosis, clinical and non-clinical staff. CSC will be providing CEU's for LCSW, LMHCs and LMFT's.
