This session will be held via Zoom. Documentation Tips tools and Techniques is designed to provide entry-level staff with the basis to understand the importance of good documentation. This didactic session includes both instructional teaching as well as hands-on activities that provide staff members with the knowledge and the skills needed to write excellent notes. This training is ideal for new entry-level staff as well as staff recently hired to work within new contracts. Participants will be provided with the tips, tools and techniques needed to ensure accurate documentation. Additionally, staff will be educated about the importance of relating their documentation to the treatment/service plan and the risk factors identified in their contracts. The zoom link will emailed out a few days prior. CSC will be providing CEU's for LCSW, LMHCs and LMFT's. Our tracking number is #50-4168 and expires 3/31/22.
