This is a three day trianing. Transition to Independence Process (TIP) Training equips professionals to effectively support young adults experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties in navigating the transition to adulthood. The TIP training focuses on education, employment, housing, and community life by engaging young people in person-centered planning and building upon their strengths to achieve greater self-sufficiency and independence.
