Mindful Communication part one is a pre-requisite.

This is an in-person training and builds on the first Mindful Communication training by focusing on listening and communicating beyond reactivity and judgment. Participants will learn to generate a culture that supports the wellness of their staff and watch engagement, high performance, and the ability to attract and retain top talent significantly increase.
