The Creating Community at Work online training will explore the critical connection between creating a sense of belonging at work and employee performance. The training will delve into the various factors that contribute to creating community at work, including social connections, cultural identity, and how these factors impact our well-being. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of creating a sense of belonging in both personal and professional settings and learn strategies to support individuals who may struggle with feelings of isolation and disconnection at work.

This online training will be interactive and feature a combination of presentations, small group discussions, and experiential activities. Participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and perspectives on belonging and wellness and learn from the experiences of others. Additionally, the series will provide participants with a toolkit, practical tools, and techniques for fostering a sense of belonging in their personal and professional lives while supporting those around them. By the end of the training, participants will have a greater understanding of the connection between belonging, wellness, and employee performance and how they can create supportive environments that promote well-being for themselves and others.

Patricia Morgan & Julie Radlauer will facilitate this online training via Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom registration link one week before the training date. Participants must complete the Zoom registration to gain access to this training.
