Attending Resolving Conflict Harmoniously part one is a prerequisite.

This training is focused on practicing the conflict resolution principles taught in session one. It begins
with a review of the seven-step method of conflict resolution model. Participants will then break into small groups and role-play a conflict situation that is commonly found in your workplace or community. First, each group will demonstrate how this conflict is usually played out in a way that limits relationships and collaboration. Next, the groups will demonstrate how this conflict can be resolved harmoniously.

This training will be held on Zoom. A link will be provided and a second link is required.
